Do You Need Planning Permission For a Porch?

Typically you won’t need planning permission for a new porch, however this is dependent on a few factors. These factors are known as permitted development and include things like the ground area (max 3 square metres) and height (max 3 metres). Certain circumstances such as if you live in a listed building may also require planning permission.

If planning permission is necessary for your porch installation, you won’t need to worry about organising it as we as your porch installation company can  handle all the process.
